The Catalan midfielder Tomy Carbonell, who Real Sociedad signed from Badalona in the summer of 2024, was one of the most outstanding players of the Sanse that last season achieved promotion to LaLiga Hypermotion.
Why is it important for Real Sociedad?
With the absence of Yangel Herrera, perhaps Pellegrino Matarazzo will call upon one of them in the upcoming matches in Primera. Ibai Aguirre, who we already mentioned here as one to watch for the future, is one of the biggest promises of the Real Sociedad academy.
What comes next?
Of the 30 matches played, Tomy Carbonell has participated in 25, all but one from the start. Ibai Aguirre has already been called up three times with the first team and, after the absence of Yangel Herrera, may add a few more in the upcoming matches.
